FBI believes around 50-80 serial killers live at large in the USA. Mindhunter, easily one of my favorite Netflix shows, depicted that these killers can only be caught if they wanted to be caught. Spooky stuff.
I don't know the details and opt not to know about this guy. But when the news broke out, it reminded me that these weirdos can be difficult to catch.
