Sara Blakely, "soon as you can afford it, hire your weaknesses"

High D: talk/think fast, like new challenges, leaders, entrepreneurs, often seen as bold, right to the point, love being approached directly

Low D: value score over accuracy, triple check their work, comfortable in supporting roles,

High I: people person, love people more than tasks, get excited by likability,

High S: very concerned with other peoples opinion/schedule. don't want to be a bother or annoyance, very loyal, speak to them in bite sized chunks, important to let them know you are looking out for them

High C: details, engineers, accountants, prefer tasks over people
