I've been driving without washer fluid working all year. Trivial problem I've put off for far too long. The bird crap and recent pollen was getting really annoying.
A couple days ago, made the time to solve the issue and all I needed to do was hook the tube back to the nozzle. I'm thinking they were removed by the auto paint shop when I got my hood coated.
Fixed: Check Engine Light!
Double down on the car fixes! And money saving handywork. The solution today, 4/30/19 was to reset the battery connection. We removed the connections to the battery, waited a minute, reconnected. Voila!
Check engine light no longer screaming.
